Delicious from Bulgaria and Romania Our idea is to taste with us the meals of the future specialists in the sphere of culinary art and to tell you about us and our friends from Romania and to convince you in our abilities like specialists in the kitchen. On 27, 28 and 29 of April we welcomed in Rouse our mates from "Agricol". We started the preparation of the exhibition and bought the necessary products. On 28 of April in the Professional tourism school we made different kinds of meals, salads, hors d'oeuvre and deserts. We decorated the exhibition by the name "Delicious from Bulgaria and Romania". On the gala opening of the exhibition we invited the journalists, which were some kind of a jury of the delicious and attractive with their outside culinary products. The result of our common activity is very wholesome and contains creative and professional provokes to us and our partners -a future culinary masters. Now we will tell you about our initiative, about the project and how we get here. The work of the project "Delicious from Bulgaria and Romania" of the National association of producers and enterprisers "Bulgarian choice" - branch of Rouse, started in January 2004. At that time we made a system for management and realization of the project, destined the agreements and the tasks of the partners. The partners of "Bulgarian choice" - a branch of Rouse - Professional tourism school "Ivan P. Pavlov" from Bulgarian side, made a contact with the Romanian partner - High-school "Agricol" from the town of Alexandria (region Teleorman). We explained the contracts, the main aim of the project - bringing together of the both schools - from Rouse and Alexandria, and the possibilities for common work for trans border co-operation in the educational sphere. The illustrations will show you with what pleasure and wish we were prepared the dampers, the kolacheta, the sweets, the salads, the hors d'oeuvre, the baked chickens, etc..! We will be happy if our activity during these six months made you more replete and prouder. It was pleasure for us to taste the delicious Romanian meals, to exchange experience with our Romanian friends and to boast with our skills. We offer desirous recipes for all of you, who want to prepare something sweet or salted.
